Taking care of things in a prompt and timely manner is one of my priorities. I find that motto spread throughout my life from the way I pay my bills to the shoes I wear on my feet. If you think about it anything that you take good care of is going to last you longer than something you never keep up on. Consequently I try to pass the advice to my two thick headed children but the same message just leads them to believe that I’m not speaking for their best interest, just tight with my wallet.

In terms of boots I have found that thorough care with boot accessories like mink oil and boot oil have made my Red Wing footwear last longer than I ever thought they would. So please if you’re like my children stop and take some time to appreciate what you have and show that a daily maintenance on your things is just as important and helpful on keeping your wallet full.
